Father's Day Ideas: Make a Pie For Dad
An area bakery offers a pie-making class for kids—just in time to prepare a treat for dad.

In celebration of Father’s Day coming up on Sunday, The Pie Place in Bethel Park will be offering a kid’s baking class at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 14.
Children ages 4 and up can learn the art of creating a homemade pie.
The cost is $20 per person, which includes an apple pie to take home and bake for a special treat for dad. Classes are limited to 15 bakers, so sign up soon by calling 412-835-4410.
The Pie Place is one of the few independent scratch bakeries in the area, located at 1775 N. Highland Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
