Five Things You Need to Know This Week

North Strabane supervisors meet, and the state Department of Transportation will unveil information about a project in Cecil Township. See what else is in store this week!

Busy week! Here are five things you need to know:

1. North Strabane Township Board of Supervisors meet for its legislative meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the municipal building.

3. The state Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting at the Cecil Township Municipal Building from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday to unveil plans regarding plans for the proposed intersection/trail bridge project at state Route 980 as it approaches Millers Run Road. The meeting is open to the public.

4. Friday is Good Friday. Canonsburg, Cecil and North Strabane government offices will be closed in observance of the holiday.

5. Canonsburg's annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Town Park. For more information call the borough at 724-724-1800.
