Gerald R. “Jerry” Sims, 68, of Houston, died Monday, June 24, 2013 in Kindred Hospital, Oakdale. He was born November 2, 1944 in Midland, PA, the son of Edward and Edna Elder Sims. Mr. Sims worked for the Pennsylvania American Water Company. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
