PennDOT to Unveil Proposed Washington County Bridge Projects This Week

The presentation will take place Thursday night at the North Strabane Township municipal building.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Engineering District 12 will conduct an open house and plans display to inform the public of proposed Washington County bridge projects.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the proposed plans for the various bridge improvement projects. 

PennDOT representatives, along with design consultants, will be available to answer questions.  Preliminary information on the project’s schedule, plans, and detour routes will be available for review and comment.

The proposed projects include:

  • Chartiers Creek 19 Bridge, North Strabane Township
  • Millers Run Bridge 10, Cecil Township
  • Pigeon Creek 32 Bridge, North Bethlehem Township
  • Pigeon Creek 33 Bridge North Bethlehem Township
  • 10 Mile Creek 19 Bridge, North Bethlehem Township
  • Pigeon Creek 29 Bridge, Somerset Township
