Seattle Man Briefly Jailed for Allegedly Trespassing in Southpointe
Nicholas Snow was remanded to the Washington County Jail Wednesday.

Cecil Township police charged a Seattle man with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct Wednesday following an incident the day before.
Nicholas Snow, 32, was also charged with driving at an unsafe speed, online court records show.
He allegedly entered the Mylan construction site in Southpointe on Tuesday, according to the Observer-Reporter website.

Snow was arraigned before district Judge David Mark, who remanded him to the Washington County jail after he was unable to immediately post a $10,000 bond.
The jail website indicates that he later made bail and was released.

He is scheduled to appear before district Judge Valarie Costanzo at 10 a.m. May 31.
