Street Sweeping to Begin Monday in Canonsburg

With spring comes spring cleaning—and in Canonsburg that means street sweeping will resume.

Borough Manager Terry Hazlett reminds residents to check the schedule and remove their vehicles at designated times.

The schedule is as follows:

Business Area: 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Friday

North Side – 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday (includes all paved streets from Pike Street north, between Euclid Avenue and North Jefferson Avenue)

South Side – 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday (includes all paved streets south of Chartiers Creek

West End – 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday (includes all paved streets from Jefferson Avenue west and from railroad tracks north)

East End – 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday (includes all paved streets from Craighead Street east and from Adams Avenue north)

Apple Hill and McCuen Heights – 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday
