Two Men Accused of Possessing Heroin in Canonsburg to Stand Trial
Both Jason M. Hollman and Damen Gamble waived their rights to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
Two men charged by Canonsburg police last month for possession of heroin with intent to deliver, possession of heroin, and conspiracy, waived their rights to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
The charges against both men stem from a traffic stop in late February that led to the their arrests—as well as what police said was the discovery of $2,000 in cash, as well as seven bricks of heroin.
Police charged Jason Hollman, 42, of Strabane, with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver, online court records show.

Canonsburg police also charged Damen Gamble, 21, of Canonsburg, with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver—which is a felony offense.
Both men waived their right to a preliminary hearing before distict Judge David Mark on Wednesday.

The judge and lawyers, however, agreed to amend the men's bond amount from $50,000 straight bond to a $10,000 percentage bond.
