• Canonsburg municipal offices will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the holiday. Offices will reopen Friday.
• Cecil Township municipal offices will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the holiday. Offices will reopen Friday. Please note that the tax office, however, will be closed through Monday.
• North Strabane Township municipal offices will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the holiday. Offices will reopen on Friday.
• There will be no mail service on Thursday, July 4.
• Need some last-minute items for your Fourth of July barbecue? The Shop 'n Save located at 617 W. Pike St. in Canonsburg will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 4. 
• Need to visit a pharmacy? Walgreens on Cavasina Drive is open from 8 a.m. to midnight Thursday, July. However, the pharmacy hours that day will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Rite Aid on East Pike Street in Canonsburg will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 4. However, the pharmacy will only be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Illin' and need to see a doctor? The MedExpress in Canonsburg will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
