Brentwood Bank Opening – 2
With 2,800 square feet of space, the Brentwood Bank branch features a full service retail office with a drive through window and ATM. Heather Reynolds, most recently manager of the Bank’s Brentwood office, is the new manager of the Bridgeville location.
“We are excited to show off this new branch to the community and to offer a week-long slate of great prizes to thank our customers and the community for their support,” said Thomas Bailey, president and CEO of Brentwood Bank. “Our new Bridgeville branch office features a more customer-focused layout and state of the art technology to assist both customers and bankers in creating a more interactive banking experience. The branch more resembles a retail store than a traditional bank branch.”
Brentwood Bank has installed custom-built pods that are equipped with cash recyclers to better facilitate cash handling. Personal Bankers will carry wireless tablets so they may easily move into a private office to conduct a more confidential customer discussion, such as taking a loan application, discussing retirement products, home equity loans and more.
Other conveniences include ATMs that accept check and cash deposits 24 hours per day without the need to complete a deposit slip or use an envelope. Additionally, the branch also boasts a self-service coin counting machine that customers may use free of charge and conference room that can be used for loan closings, training and community events.
“Brentwood Bank is investing in its branch network by implementing the latest technology and meeting our customer’s ever-changing needs,” added Bailey.
