- The second day of Temple Emmanuel's rummage sale is Monday, July 29. Furniture, housewares, holiday items, clothing, toys and more can be found here, and a half-price sale starts in the afternoon.
- The Bridgeville Farmers Market is Tuesday, from 4 to 7 p.m. on Washington Pike behind Northwest Savings Bank on Washington Pike.
- Groundbreaking for the Collier Township Recreation Center is Tuesday, July 30 at 10 a.m. in Collier Park.
- If you want to head outside of the area this weekend, the Washington Wine, Jazz and Pops Festival is Aug. 3 and 4 at North Strabane Municipal Park. Festival proceeds benefit the Mental Health Association of Washington County.
- Have you heard of Stoolball? Woodville Plantation can teach you how the game is played in this special event on Sunday, Aug. 4.
