Guillot Named Sales Director of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Pleasant Hills Office
Andrew Guillot, formerly an award-winning sales associate, has been named sales director of the company's Pleasant Hills office.
George Hackett, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, is pleased to announce that Andrew Guillot has been named sales director of the company’s Pleasant Hills office. Guillot will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 50 affiliated sales associates serving southern Allegheny County and the surrounding areas of Pleasant Hills, Baldwin/Whitehall, South Park, Jefferson Hills and West Mifflin.
Prior to this position, Guillot was an award-winning sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services South Hills office.
“Andrew is a proven leader with in-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. His passion and enthusiasm will be a terrific asset as he works to build on the Pleasant Hills office’s success. I am very happy that he has joined the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services management team,” said Hackett.

Guillot, a resident of Whitehall, spent more than 20 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Returning to Pittsburgh after selling a successful restaurant in St. Louis, Mo., he pursued real estate sales full-time after a period as executive chef at Magee-Womens Hospital of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Oakland.

With six years of part-time teaching experience at a local community college in St. Louis, Guillot has been an active participant in community events and charitable competitions. He is a member of the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.
