The Meadows Employees Take Time to Serve Community

'Helping Hands' Program Supports Local Charities

Approximately 25 employees and family members from The Meadows Casino took time from their day on Tuesday to distribute food to more than 600 local families. The event was part of the casino’s “Helping Hands” program, which encourages employees to partake in community outreach efforts to support various non-profit organizations.

The event was sponsored by the Greater Washington County Food Bank and held at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

“Our employees have shown a sincere desire to serve people within the community,” said Sean Sullivan, general manager and vice president of The Meadows Casino. “Our ‘Helping Hands’ program continues to expand as the need throughout our community grows.”
