Police Investigate McKeesport Murder
McKeesport Police found a man killed by shooting when they responded to a shooting at 9th and Locust at 10pm last night.
At roughly 10:10 pm Tuesday evening the McKeesport police were dispatched to the intersection of 9th St. and Locust St. for reports of a shooting. There they found Jermaine Oden, 39, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe Oden was involved in a fight with another male on the street just prior to the shooting.
They have not yet made any arrests. Anyone who may have heard or saw anything in the area of the intersection is asked to call the McKeesport Police or Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit at 412-473-1300. Callers can remain anonymous.
