Comedy Night, Extra Farmers' Market Day Ahead This Week

Hello everyone. It's kind of a stunted week this week, thanks to Christmas, but there are still things to talk about. Let's take a look at what's happening over the next few days.

1. The Easton Farmers' Market adds an extra day to its Winter Mart for shoppers to pick-up last minute items. That's happening Monday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the market at 325 Northampton St.

2. As we reported last week, Suddenly Samantha will offer free Christmas Day haircuts for those who are needy, or who just don't have anywhere to go for the holiday, Wednesday starting at 3 p.m.

3. Depending on how Christmas goes, you may need to laugh on December 26. If so, Rivals' "Christmas Hangover" offers a night of comedy featuring Sean Green and Jonny Loquasto along with special guests Dan Shelly, Adam Yenser and Tyler Rothrock. The show begins 8 p.m. Thursday at Rivals, 5 Lehns Court. 

4. Porter's Pub hosts jazz vocalist Pam Purvis Thursday at 8 p.m.

5. If you have business with the city, or at the Easton Area Public Library, try to get it done Monday. Both the library and city hall will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
