INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE PARA PADRES/ENCARGADOS SOBRE PROTOCOLOS DE ZOOM
PARENTS/GUARDIANS
In an effort to provide our students and staff with a safe virtual learning environment, to the best of our ability, effective immediately, additional security protocols will be applied during synchronous Zoom learning sessions. Please note, the change that will most impact your child is the fact that we are requiring cameras to be on and faces to be visible at all times during synchronous instruction. This change is being enacted as a means of increasing student engagement and for the purpose of limiting the ability of non-class members to “zoom bomb” class in which they do not belong. Students failing to comply with this requirement will be removed from the class for the remainder of the period and parents will be contacted. We appreciate your support with this change. If you have questions or concerns, please contact your building administrator.

En un esfuerzo por proveerle a nuestros alumnos y personal un ambiente de aprendizaje virtual seguro, a la major medida possible, efectivo inmediatamente, se aplicarán protocolos de seguridad adicionales durante las sesiones de aprendizaje sincrónicas de Zoom. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que el cambio que más le afectará a su hijo/a es el hecho de que le exigiremos que las cámaras estén encendidas y que sus rostros estén visibles en todo momento durante su instrucción sincrónica. Este cambio se está estableciendo como un medio para aumentar la participación de los alumnos y con el propósito de limitar la capacidad de los que no son miembros de la clase para hacer"zoom bomb" en la clase a que no pertenecen.
