Forks YMCA Education Center Makes Annual Campaign Goal

Crystal Messer, Branch Director of the Greater Valley YMCA’s Forks Education Center, fills in the rest of the Y to show the Center made its annual campaign goal of $12,500. The annual campaign raises funds for child care, community service opportunities, camp scholarships, membership, program assistance, and teen leadership development — ensuring everyone has an opportunity to benefit from YMCA programs, regardless of their ability to pay. The Y is the largest provider of childcare in the country, and the Center has served the Forks and Easton communities for over a decade. Over 200 children learn, grow, and thrive in the Center’s care each day.

The Greater Valley YMCA is a seven facility YMCA association serving the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania, including the counties of Northampton and Lehigh, plus Warren in New Jersey. The Y’s mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
