Monday, 7 p.m., Emmaus Public Library:  Civil War re-enactor David Menard will talk about the original battle of Gettysburg and the recent reenactment.

Emmaus Borough Council Meeting 

Monday, 7 p.m., Emmaus Borough Hall: Council meets on the first and third Thursdays of the month.

Explore the Common Core 

Tuesday, 7:30 p.m., Fire Company #1, 6th & Broad Sts.: The Concerned East Penn Taxpayers Association invites the public to come to learn what the federal common core state standards mean for the little people in their lives.

Thursday, 6 p.m., Emmaus Community Park Pool: Enjoy what could be one of your final “dips” of the summer and some cools tunes too.

Final Friday Family Fun Night

Friday, 6 p.m., Emmaus Community Park: Enjoy a free concert by Dave Fry held in the Arts Pavillion. This is a makeup performance from a show that was rained out at the beginning of the summer. Sponsored by the Emmaus Special Entertainment Commission.
