The Updated Spectator Regulations are summarized below…

EPSD Stadium Varsity Football Games:No Spectators

EPSD Stadium JV / JR High Football Games:2 tickets per student-athlete for Emmaus High School football and cheer No Visiting Spectators for JV Football 2 tickets per player for the Jr High visiting team

EPSD Stadium Middle School Football Games:1 ticket per student-athlete for East Penn football and cheerNo Visiting Spectators for Middle School Football

Soccer/Field Hockey Memorial Field:3 tickets per student-athlete for home team

EHS Auxiliary Gym No Spectators

SPECTATOR EXPECTATIONS HIGH SCHOOL FACILITIES:

• EHS Auxiliary Gym Events (Girls Volleyball)
  • No spectators permitted

• EPSD Stadium Events (Varsity Football)
  • No spectators permitted

• EPSD Stadium Events (Jr High/JV/Middle School Football, JV Soccer)
  • All attendees must adhere to 6 foot distancing, family pods should sit together
  • Everyone must wear a mask, no exceptions unless eating or drinking
  • If you are experiencing anything potentially related to COVID-19, do not attend the event
  • No admittance without a school issued ticket
  • Gates will open 1 hour prior to the scheduled contest
  • If you leave the venue, you are not permitted to return
  • Spectators must leave the facility immediately at the completion of the game
    • If you are waiting for a player, wait for them in your vehicle in the parking lot
    • If attending JV, you cannot stay for varsity and vice versa
    • If attending JV , you cannot stay for Jr High
  • Absolutely no congregating permitted anywhere on campus at any time
  • Concessions might be available
  • Athletes will remain on the playing surface until spectators have left the seating area and the facility
  • If you need to use the restroom, we encourage you to use them at unpopular times during the event
  • If capacity is reached during game 1 of a double header, EPSD Event Staff will deny entry until spectators from game 1 depart the facility
  • Entry location is off of Pine Street and North Street

  • No spectators permitted

• Eyer and Lower Macungie Grass Field Events (Field Hockey)
  • All attendees must adhere to 6 foot distancing, family pods should sit together
  • Everyone must wear a mask, no exceptions
  • If you are experiencing anything potentially related to COVID-19, do not attend the event
  • Spectators must leave the facility immediately at the completion of the game
    • If you are waiting for a player, wait for them in your vehicle in the parking lot
    • If attending game 1, you cannot stay for game 2 and vice versa
  • Absolutely no congregating permitted anywhere on campus at any time
  • Athletes will remain on the playing surface until spectators have left the seating area and the facility

TICKET DISTRIBUTION:

• Home Events
  • Physical Tickets for events will be given to the coaching staffs to distribute to the players to hand out and invite spectators
  • Varsity Football, All Volleyball and Middle School Football, spectator are not permitted
• Away Events
  • Physical Tickets for events will be given to the coaching staffs to distribute to the players to hand out and invite spectators
  • A link for on-line tickets as arranged by some schools will be communicated through the head coach

LIVE STREAMING:

• Home Events
  • We plan to live stream as many events as we can that are being held at the High School
  • YouTube Link for Emmaus to view events.

• Away Events
  • Not available at this time
  • If the “home” school I live streaming the event we will share the links on our athletic web site and communicate through the coaching staffs
