Lehigh Valley Health Network is proud to partner with the East Penn School District to provide a Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Friday, May 21st, 2021, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. The vaccination clinic will be held at Lower Macungie Middle School: 6299 Lower Macungie Road, Macungie, PA 18062 and is open to anyone 12 years of age and older. The clinic will be held in the gymnasium, signs will be posted at the appropriate entrance.

The Pfizer vaccine will be administered and is free of charge. We ask that anyone receiving a vaccination fill out a consent form and review the EUA Fact Sheet ahead of time. *Please note: anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian to receive the vaccination.

Pre-registration is required to secure your vaccine. Registration can be done by clicking here. Walk-in’s are welcome as long as supplies are available. If a parent/guardian is registering a child, the child’s name and demographics should be used.

The Pfizer vaccine is a two-dose vaccine. The 2nd inoculation will occur at Lower Macungie Middle School on June 11th, 2021, 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
