Emmaus: Fall Athletic Event Spectator Information

The final word is in regarding spectators at EMMAUS HIGH SCHOOL / LOWER MACUNGIE and EYER Football/Field Hockey/Soccer/Volleyball events this fall season.

Numerous discussions regarding spectators at East Penn fall athletic events have occurred over the past few days and weeks. Specifically, the following were considered: the total number of spectators and athletes at each venue, the total capacity of each venue, whether the venue is indoors or outdoors, East Penn roster size, opposing school roster size, number of game workers, management of spectators, concession stands, and restrooms.

The final recommendation is summarized below:

EPSD Stadium Football Events All Levels:2 tickets per student-athlete for football and cheer2 tickets per band member

Soccer/Field Hockey Memorial Field:3 tickets per student-athlete for home team

EHS Auxiliary Gym 2 tickets per student-athlete for home team

Eyer and Lower Macungie Gym 2 tickets per student-athlete for home team

Tickets will be distributed through the Head Coaches to the players, for player distribution. Please note that should there be any further legislative action that reinstates the 250 outdoor/ 25 indoor limits, we revisit our spectator guidelines.
