Emmaus Man Pleads Not Guilty To Illegal Transport Of Firearms

Police found chickens, a dog, improvised explosives, ammunition, and multiple fire arms at the site of a Pennsylvania man's August crash.

An Emmaus man who wrecked his car in West Virginia in August is pleading not guilty to the charge of unlawful transport of firearms.

Seth Grim, 21, was driving his Ford Explorer on Interstate 70 when he lost control and crashed. State Police said they found 30 chickens, homemade explosives, a dog, marijuana, ammunition and multiple rifles at the site crash. The dog did not survive the crash.

Grim was charged in Roane County, West Virginia, with possession of marijuana and intent to deliver.

The firearms charge comes from the federal court. Grim’s trial for this charge is scheduled for December 2.
