Emmaus Police Seek Public's Help In Series of Burglaries

Police in Emmaus have reported several burglaries and a theft in the town in the past two weeks.

Emmaus Police are investigating a series of burglaries and a theft in the borough during the past two weeks.

According to LehighValleyLive.com, a resident reported jewelry was stolen from a home in the 400 block of South Seventh Street between Jan. 12 and Jan. 24.

A second resident reported a break-in at their home in the 600 block of Furnace Street and said computer parts and a safe were stolen, LehighValleyLive.com said.

Additionally, the website reports that between Jan. 17 and Jan. 19, a borough resident reported a watch valued at $1,100 was stolen from their home on Frank Drive.

The single theft reported by police involved a side view mirror that was stolen off of a truck in the 700 block of Chestnut Street during the night of Jan. 18 into Jan. 19, LehighValleyLive.com reported.
