Mixies Ribbon Cutting, Heirloom Tomatoes, This Weekend in Emmaus

A look at what's happening this weekend in Emmaus.

Mixies Yogurt Cafe opened its doors to customers quietly over the July 4th weekend. On Saturday, the shop, which serves frozen yogurt in a variety of flavors and plenty of goodies to top it off with, will kick things up a notch with a day-long grand opening celebration.

One of the highlights of the day will be an official ribbon cutting, complete with the giant gold scissors, at 1 p.m.
