New Emmaus Yoga Studio Hosts Week-Long Open House

LivingRoom Yoga, a new yoga studio opening Monday on Chestnut Street in Emmaus, will offer free classes all week.

The new yoga studio opening in Emmaus this week operates on a simple principle -- "Yoga is for everybody and every body."

To help illustrate that point, LivingRoom Yoga, 1328 Chestnut St., is hosting a week of free classes from Aug. 26 to Aug. 31.

The free classes begin at 9 a.m. on Monday and will be offered at morning, afternoon and evening times through Saturday. The full open house schedule of classes can be seen on the studio's website.

LivingRoom Yoga is co-owned by Teri Goszka and Linda Sheftel, both certified yoga instructors, and the studio will offer a variety of classes for all levels of students. Things like "Chair Yoga" and "Children's Yoga" are coming soon, according to the website.
