Pop a Pimple, Win Prizes Saturday

Yep, they're pretty gross, but that's kind of the whole point.

The Gross Games continue at the Da Vinci Science Center on Saturday with "Pop a Pimple" contests from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The cost of a regular admission ticket to the Da Vinci Center gains visitors entry into the contest and the opportunity to make their own fake pimples using a balloon and common household items. 

After the contestants complete their pimples, they will take them to the judging table and pop them in front of the Gross Games judges. They will be scored in a variety of categories, including Stickiness, Sliminess, Grossness, Realness, and Creativity.

Those with the highest scores will receive Gross Medals.
