Two Lehigh Valley Restaurants Make Pennsylvania's Best Burger List

Thrillist.com compiled a list of the 15 best burgers in the state of Pennsylvania and two of them are from the Lehigh Valley.

The website lists Bolete Restaurant and Inn, located at 1740 Seidersville Road in Bethlehem, as having one of the 16 best burgers in the state.

Bolete’s Cast Iron Seared Slow Roasted Burger made the list, sporting house cured bacon, red onion, arugula, choice of swiss, blue or cheddar cheese, house-made potato chips. The restaurant says to “make it Bolete style with mushroom marmalade” for an extra $2.

The second Lehigh Valley restaurant to get the nod for one of the best burgers was Elevation Burger, located at 3174 W. Tilghman St. in Allentown. The website lists Elevation Burger’s Vertigo Burger as the one you’re getting.

“Come here if you want a true burger challenge in the form of an abitiously stacked Vertigo Burger,” Thrillist.com said. The Vertigo Burger gives you the option to stack your patties from three to 10, according to Elevation Burger’s website.
