World's Fastest Balloon Sculptor to Perform in Community Park Friday

Enjoy a free performance by Guinness Book of World Records holder John Cassidy Friday at 6 p.m. in Emmaus Community Park.

The finale of the Special Entertainment Commission's 1st Friday Family Fun Night series the essence of what summer should be all about. The event, which is set to kick off at 6 p.m. on Friday in Emmaus Community Park, has been promoted as "Carnival Night," and it should be great fun for children of all ages - and their grown-ups too.  

The feature attraction is children's entertainer John Cassidy, who, in addition to being an outstanding magician and comedian, is a Guinness Book of World Records holder as the world's fastest balloon sculptor. Thanks to the financial support of local businesses like Leading Edge Martial Arts, Dr. Greg Frey and the Fresh Air Fund, families will be treated Cassidy's unique show free of charge.

Hungry bellies won't be disappointed either, as Inside Scoop Ice Cream, Chik-Fil-A, and Sugar So Sweet Cupcakes will be serving up their tasty treats.

Plus, carnival-goers can also expect to find cotton candy, face painting, henna and hair feathers and lots of fun games.
