2018 Spring Conferences Host Local Author
Wendelin Gray Will Appear at Local Anime and Comic Book Conferences
Spring 2018 is nearly here, and a lot of great events are happening in the Pittsburgh area in April. Award-winning local author Wendelin Gray will be speaking at the Tekko anime conference downtown at the David Lawrence Convention Center the weekend of April 5th through 8th on the topics "The Tale of Genji New Reader Introduction" and "Musical Interludes: K-On, La Corda D'Oro and Beyond," times TBA. (Before there was Harvey Weinstein, there was Hikaru Genji in 10th century Japan.) Info on the event can be found here:
Then the weekend of April 13th through 15th, she will be manning a booth in artist alley at Steel City Con selling her horror and fantasy novels (suitable for a 13+ general reading audience). Held out at the Monroeville Convention Center, SCC has a great line up of celebrity guests for the spring show:
