Chesterbrook Academy Celebrates Earth Day with Art Projects

Lancaster students recognized Earth Day by creating ladybug-inspired art and learning about how they benefit the environment

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool on Estelle Drive in Lancaster recently celebrated Earth Day by studying ladybugs and creating ladybug-inspired art projects. Students learned that ladybugs serve as a natural pesticide by feeding on insects that could otherwise harm the health of gardens, trees and shrubs. Chesterbrook Academy teaches the importance of community and exploring nature at an early age.
