Bethlehem Convenience Store Robbed, Clerk Punched in Face
Police are searching for a suspect in a convenience store robbery in Bethlehem Tuesday morning.

A Bethlehem gas station and convenience store was robbed early Tuesday morning and the store clerk working the location was punched in the face twice, authorities said.
The Turkey Hill mini-mart, located at 1140 Hellertown Road near the Hellertown border, was robbed around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday. According to The Express-Times, a man described as either white or Hispanic entered the store at 3:23 a.m. with a scarf around his face and reportedly wearing a white shirt, black wool jacket, black round sunglasses and a white and tan hat.
Police said the man struck the store clerk in the face twice and then stole between $200 and $300 from the store, The Express-Times reported.

The man was last seen fleeing the store on Route 412.
Police are urging anyone with information regarding this robbery to contact the Bethlehem Police Department at 610-865-7187.
