Canal Park in Freemansburg is a Fun Fall Day Trip [Photos]

Note: There are several parking areas along the Lehigh Canal in Freemansburg. These photos were taken at the north end of the canal, where there is a small gravel parking lot at the end of Lockhouse Road. From Lower Saucon Township and points south and east, take Shimersville Road to the Lehigh River bridge, cross and proceed north on Main Street to right on Lockhouse Road. The Delaware & Lehigh Trail along the canal connects to points east and west, including Bethlehem and Easton.
