Instead of 8:30 a.m., 2014 park pavilion reservations for the pavilions at Town Hall and Southeastern parks in Lower Saucon Township will begin Friday, Jan. 3 at 1 p.m. (the delay is due to the weather that's expected). The reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be made in person at the township building 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem.
