Man Dies After Losing Control Of Bicycle On Rural PA Road

The 66-year-old man was killed after he lost control of his bicycle and crashed Tuesday, Pennsylvania State Police said.

NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA — A 66-year-old Williams Township man was killed after he lost control of his bicycle and crashed Tuesday, Pennsylvania State Police said.

The crash happened just after 1 p.m. at Steely Hill and Wassergass roads in Williams Township.

According to state police, James Dziedzic lost control of his Argon 18 bicycle and crashed onto the pavement.

Dziedzic was treated at the scene by Easton Ambulance Squad. He was then transported to Saint Luke's Fountain Hill, where he was pronounced dead.

Dziedzic was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, police said.
