8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saucon Valley Lions Club Monthly Breakfast, Se-Wy-Co Fire Co. Banquet Hall, 3621 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem. January's breakfast special will be a Philly Cheesesteak Omelet. Bring a nonperishable food item to donate and receive 50 cents off the price of breakfast (all food will be donated to a local food bank).
