Police Investigating Hit-and-Run in 600 Block of Main Street

Hellertown police say they're investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred shortly after noon Dec. 20 in the 600 block of Main Street.

In a news release, police said the vehicle responsible for the accident was southbound on Main Street when it struck another car's driver's side in the area of the side-view mirror, causing damage.

Police didn't provide a description of either vehicle, but asked anyone with information about the accident to call them at 610-838-7040.
