Se-Wy-Co Fire Co. in Pierce Holiday Photo Facebook Contest

Se-Wy-Co Fire Company in Lower Saucon Township is one of eight volunteer fire companies from throughout the nation competing to win a Pierce Manufacturing 100th anniversary prize pack in a Facebook photo contest being sponsored by the company.

Pierce Manufacturing—founded in 1913—is a major American manufacturer of fire trucks located in Appleton, Wis.

Each participating fire company has submitted a photo of one of their Pierce vehicles with a holiday theme.

The photo with the most likes by the end of December will win the prize pack, according to the Pierce Facebook page.

The photo shows Tender 1831 parked in front of the blast furnaces at Bethlehem's SteelStacks at Christmastime.
