Wolfson Group Announces TJ Maxx and HomeGoods Opening Fall 2016 at Richland Crossings Shopping Center in Bucks County, PA

New retail tenants and expanded Walmart Supercenter add value to Quakertown Township shopping center.

Plymouth Meeting, PA—Wolfson Group, Inc. welcomes retailers TJ Maxx and HomeGoods to Richland Crossings, a high traffic shopping center in Quakertown Township, Pennsylvania. The new tenants will occupy approximately 39,800 square feet presently under construction in a former ACME store, adjacent to an expanded Walmart Supercenter. TJ Maxx and HomeGoods are expected to open in fall 2016.

While creating the new stores for TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, Wolfson Group is adding up to 50,000 square feet of available space adjacent to this new addition, offering a prime opportunity for retailers who can benefit from this contiguous location. Additional retail spaces ranging from 1,500 to 9,600 square feet are also available at Richland Crossings.

The addition of TJ Maxx and HomeGoods follows Walmart’s investment in 2011 to expand its Supercenter by nearly 50,000 square feet. Wolfson Group is also reinvesting in the shopping center with exterior façade upgrades on all storefronts connected to the Walmart complex.
