15 Montgomery Twp. Roads To Be Repaired: What To Know

Nearly $1M has been set aside to repave and repair 15 roads around Montgomery Township through the rest of 2019. Here's the schedule:

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — Nearly $1 million has been set aside to repave and repair 15 roads around Montgomery Township through the rest of 2019.

In addition, curbs and sidewalks on 21 more roads will be repaired or replaced before the end of the summer.

Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Road resurfacing will begin in early July and should be finished by early August.

Sidewalk and curb replacement will start in early June and is scheduled for completion in mid-September.

A list of roads that will be worked on is included below, per the township:

  • Camp Drive from Stump Road to Mallard Drive
  • Darter Lane from Mallard Drive to Mallard Drive
  • Grouse Court from Mallard Drive to Cul-de-sac
  • Heron Court from Mallard Drive to Cul-de-sac
  • Magella Court from Mallard Drive to Cul-de-sac
  • Mallard Drive from Rose Twig Lane to Rose Twig Lane
  • Pintail Court from Mallard Drive to Cul-de-sac
  • Quail Court from Rose Twig Lane to Cul-de-sac
  • Rose Twig Lane from Kenas Road to Mallard Drive
  • Swallow Court from Mallard Drive to Cul-de-sac
  • Swan Court from Mallard Drive to Cul-de-sac
  • Wren Court from Mallard Drive to Cul-de-sac
  • Lower State Road from MT Township Line to Route 152
  • Country Club Drive from Pine Crest Lane to Doylestown Road
  • Pine Crest Lane from Doylestown Road to Country Club Drive

The following curbs and sidewalks will be repaired or replaced:

  • Bailey Drive
  • Schreiner Drive
  • Avondale Drive
  • Cheswick Drive
  • Carson Drive
  • Dayton Drive
  • Eaton Drive
  • Sterling Drive
  • Montclair Drive
  • Abbey Lane
  • Arbor Way
  • Woodlea Terrace
  • Beaumont Terrace
  • Cambridge Court
  • Fairacres Drive
  • Field Terrace
  • Moro Court
  • Stony Court
  • Stone Ridge Drive

The funding for the $997,080 project is offset by the Liquid Fuel Grant provided by PennDOT.
