2018 Lansdale Beer Tasting Festival Is Saturday

LANSDALE, PA — The 9th annual Lansdale Beer Fest will take place this Saturday, June 23 from noon to 4 p.m. It will be held at the football field by the new SEPTA parking garage at the Lansdale Train Station, near the corner of 5th Street and Wood Street.

Nearly 300 different beers, ciders, and spirits will be available at the event. Mike Greer and Company will provide live music.

The format of the event has changed for 2018. This year, the event will be limited to 1,500 participants, and the only tickets available are in the "VIP" category in an effort to improve the overall experience.

"Bigger does not always mean better," a notice on the event website explains.

The event benefits the Lansdale Area Fundraising Society, a group of local citizens who support area charities.
