At that arrest, Christopher Huck, 39, of the 100 block of East Main Street, police discovered Huck had allegedly committed the same type of theft on the two previous days, police said, stealing more than 75 cans valued at $1,150.
At 2:06 p.m. Dec. 29, Hilltown Police responded to Walmart on Bethlehem Pike for a reported retail theft.
Police said Huck allegedly took more than 20 cans of baby formula and walked past the registers without paying.
Huck was charged with three misdemeanor counts of retail theft, police said. Records showed Huck already has a prior conviction for retail theft, police said.
