The Super Bowl bet was just one of dozen of public wagers between bakeries, governors, Congressmen, YMCAs, and every entity you can imagine. This one, though feels special. Bostonians visiting Franklin Park for years will be reminded of what happened on Feb. 4, 2018 every time they visit and see little Foles ambling about, an innocent grin across his caprine mug.
