HATFIELD, PA — A man who police said dealt lethal doses of heroin and fentanyl to a Hatfield man last September has been charged with drug delivery resulting in death, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office announced Monday.

Interviews, cell phone data, and video surveillance revealed to police that Jackson had sold Evans the drugs on Sept. 28, as well as on previous occasions, the DA's office said.

Small plastic bags labeled "Bad Bunny" containing heroin and fentanyl were found beside his body, according to authorities. Similarly labeled bags have a "deadly history" in the area; a Sellersville woman was found dead in her home in Dec. 2019 with these bags near her.
