"The success of this program depends upon parents willing to volunteer their time in the capacity of head coach or assistant coach," the website says. All volunteers have to complete the Pennsylvania child abuse history clearance form and pass FBI clearance for anybody who's lived in the state for less than 10 years. Fees attached to these forms are taken care of.
Mail forms to Lansdale Parks and Rec, 1 Vine St., Lansdale, PA 19446. Please include the clearance form and, if you coached last year, include a copy of your clearance.
