Lansdale Man Pleads Guilty to Burglary, Illegally Selling Firearms

A Lansdale man pleaded guilty Monday to burglary, selling firearms and other unrelated crimes, according to The Times Herald.

The report states that Andrew Rocco, 34, pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary, five counts of theft by unlawful taking and six counts of illegally selling firearms. He also pleaded guilty to several other thefts in Montgomery County.

According to the report, prosecutors will be seeking the minimum mandatory sentences for illegally selling firearms. The minimum is a five-year sentence for each count of selling the firearms.

The report states that Rocco allegedly broke into Dell’s Forearm Specialists in Hatfield and Modern Tactical in Lansdale.
