Lansdale Public Library Launches Movie Streaming Service
The library has added Kanopy, allowing patrons to choose from more than 30,000 films to stream.

LANSDALE, PA — Members of the Lansdale Public Library can now take their exploration of arts and culture a step further than the written word.
The library has added a streaming service called Kanopy, allowing patrons to choose from more than 30,000 films.
“It is exciting to be able to offer streaming video to our customers.” Tom Meyer, Library Director, said in a statement announcing the initiative. “We are always seeking new resources to include in our E-library for our patrons to access online from home or anywhere they have internet access 24 hours a day/7 days a week.”

Card holders can stream films instantly via lansdalelibrary.kanopy.com.
Kanopy's collection includes many difficult to find titles, including indie films, foreign classics, and older titles.
