No-Show For Lansdale Man Who Threatened to Blow Up Montella's, Kill Owner
Michael Sheridan, 52, did not appear at his preliminary hearing Thursday and now a warrant is out for his arrest.

A warrant is out for a Lansdale man who allegedly threatened to blow up Montella's and kill the owner after he failed to appear at his Thursday preliminary hearing, according to The Reporter.
Michael Sheridan, 52, is charged with four misdemeanor offenses: harassment, terroristic threats, stalking and disorderly conduct, per court records.
Per reports, Sheridan, who is representing himself, was denied a continuance after multiple calls to Lansdale District Court asking for a delay and failing to offer a reason for his continuance request.
Charges were held against Sheridan and he now heads to trial in Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. He is free on $5,000 unsecured bail.
According to an affidavit, Sheridan went to Montella's on Sept. 8 to confront the owner after he was refused service for causing a previous disturbance. It was then that he allegedly threatened to kill the owner, per reports. On Sept. 28, per reports, Sheridan allegedly called Montella's twice, demanding to talk to the owner. He allegedly repeated the behavior on Oct. 1, calling the bar twice and threatening to kill the owner, police said.
Officers spoke with Sheridan and advised him not to contact Montella's. The next day, he allegedly repeated the behavior, this time threatening to blow up the bar, per reports. Sheridan also allegedly called Lansdale Police and told them they were "going to pay" for the way they treated him.
