The Towamencin restaurant allegedly committed the Pennsylvania Liquor Law violations in May 2013.

The Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement announced Saturday liquor law violations allegedly committed by a Towamencin Township restaurant.
JHSK Inc., also known as Osaka Japanese Restaurant, at 1596 to 1598 Sumneytown Pike, Towamencin Township, allegedly sold alcohol to patrons on May 1 and May 2, 2013 after its liquor license expired on April 30, 2013 and had not been renewed or validated, according to the bureau.
An administrative law judge can impose penalties between  $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses, and up to $5,000 for serious offenses. The judge can also impose a liquor license suspension, per the report.
