A Patch Reader Asks: 'What's Being Built on Hancock Across from the Park?'
A townhome development, called Andale Green, finally being constructed after long wait

A planned townhome development, known as Andale Green, is being built on Hancock Street in Lansdale across from Stoney Creek Park.
The development, which was approved for 174 townhomes, has been in the works for years. Developers received formal final approval in November of 2012.
Lansdale Council approved an amendment to the final plan, granting phasing for the development and sanitary sewer upgrades to accommodate the new townhomes in December of 2013.
