Wynder and the man spoke in front of the home, and Wynder soon became physical, attempting to grab his arm and hit him in the face, police said.

When the man pushed Wynder away, she went to her vehicle and came back with a gun from her purse, police said. She pointed it at the man and cocked it, holding it inches from his chest and face, and threatened to "shoot him up," according to an incident report.

The man went back inside, but moments later heard a "loud popping sound" from a gunshot, and saw Wynder walking away from the smashed window of his SUV with what looked like a baseball bat, police said.

Wynder was arrested and charged on Dec. 23 with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault-attempt to menace, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, harassment, and related counts. She was released on $5,000 bail and a preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 14.
