Towamencin Attorney Honors Runner with Donation to Manna on Main Street
Stanley Jaskiewicz race sponsorship honors the late Steve Gadon, who finished almost 20 marathons.

Towamencin Township resident Stanley Jaskiewicz sponsored Manna on Main Street’s annual “Race to Help End Hunger in the North Penn Region” on October 11, 2014, in memory of the late Steve Gadon, with whom he worked closely representing business clients for 29 years at Spector Gadon & Rosen, PC in Philadelphia.
He chose the race fundraiser as a memorial because Steve Gadon completed nearly 20 race walking marathons before he died on July 4, 2014, after beginning the sport in his mid-50’s. The sponsor banner showed Gadon crossing the finish lines in both the Boston and New York marathons. Jaskiewicz is shown relaxing after the race with Manna on Main Street Board Chair Kareem Afzal, and Executive Director Suzan Gould.
Jaskiewicz, who has volunteered at all 4 of Manna’s running events, has served on its Board of Directors since 2007, and as Board Secretary since 2010.
